No , I don't expect you to use 'fancy words'. I expect a professional writer to know basic grammar. To know where to put an apostrophe. To know the difference between your and you're. To know where to use 'a' and where to use 'an'. To know the difference between 'ad' and 'add'
I'm not your teacher, I'm not going to correct every mistake you make, certainly not for free. I'm just pointing out, that if you want to make money from writing, you need to get the basics right.

In his defense, any writer can make simple mistakes like those, especially when typing. It is just a matter of going back over your work to correct them. Not to be rude, but for someone so nitpicky about grammar, you sure didn't bother to correct your mistakes. The ones quoted above are not complete sentences, but I'm sure you already knew that.

I'm not being nitpicky, I'm giving him advice.
I really don't think anyone is doing him any favour by not telling him there are a lot of problems with his articles that will prevent him from making money from them.
I'm not selling my writing, and I'm not criticising what people write in posts. It's his articles, the ones he linked to, the ones he is promoting to advertise the writing he wants to get paid for, that contain a lot of mistakes.

Well all I'm saying is that many people can make grammar mistakes, typos, and even a misspelled word here and there. That is why there are proofreaders and editors. I will agree that he should check his work and correct mistakes before directing people to them for a sample, but at the same time, readability should also be considered. His writing is a lot better than what I have seen on here, and he shouldn't be talked into lowering his rates to measely pennies. Yes, there are mistakes, but those kinds of mistakes can be fixed quite easily compared to major problems with sentence structure and improper use of words.

Okay I do see now. I have made some mistakes and to be honest on those articles I did not try as hard as I could. I was only getting paid like 2-4 bucks for them. Infact I only got paid over 4 bucks for 2 of them the rest were either barely over 3 or under 3 to as low as 2 bucks.

Anyways I am spell checking them but I was not doing the best. My newer published articles there will show a improvement in grammar.

Now back to business. If anyone wants to give my service a try send me a pm. I want some feedback. Thanks guys!
