I try t owrite one a day but it is hard thiniing of ideas like a robot sometimes I write 0 for three days then write 5 in one day I feel inspired but setting aside time to write is what will get you into a rhythm like any weight loss plan or diet or new habit its hardest at first then gets easier until you can do it in your sleep its the first 2 weeks that build a habit for success or failure be consistent for 2 weeks
I only write one or two a week, and then have them re-written every day. But I publish at least 5 articles per day to article directories. For content for my sites I just write whenever i feel it is necessary, this can be once every hour, or once a week.
