Therefore I will be writing blog articles (or just website articles) for you at a rate of $0.02/word (Price can be negotiated). I don't have any samples since my computer has been cleaned completely after I took some time off. I contacted Mike S. about some baseball related writing and he couldn't show me any samples of past work and told me he was too busy to write. Why advertise you're services then?
Alright, first off because Baseball isn't a subject I would really enjoy writing a lot of articles about especially if you want to see a sample when I don't have one to show, which wouldn't be necessary anyway because I don't ask for payment until the article is approved. Second off, you only have 9 posts here, and now are getting upset over how I am telling you that I don't want to take on your job. I have the right to pick and choose my jobs, and now with how busy I am with my cafepress shop I am choosing not to take your job. That doesn't mean I will tell others no. Another reason is because I am working this whole weekend, tonight from 6PM-2AM and tomorrow from 2:30PM-12AM when I am starting college monday. So right now at this specific moment is a bad time. As far as I am concerned, you will never earn any respect on this forum if you continue to act the way you currently are. Furthermore, there are a lot of other writers on this forum, so go complain to somebody that might listen. Also, on another note about the samples, that was outlined in my original post so it isn't a shock to anybody that can read english.
If you don't enjoy writing about baseball, then perhaps you should have left it out of your original message. When you state that you have background knowledge of the subject, I assume that means you are a capable writer of that subject and would like to take on related work. Perhaps in the future you could make it more clear what is it you're actually looking for, so people can avoid wasting their time contacting you for work you don't wish to do. As for samples, you could have just referenced a site that had some of your work on display. Since you claim to have written blog postings and articles for other DP members, I assume there is something available on the Internet that you've written. If you don't have URLs, you could have given me name of someone to contact for a reference. As for bashing me because I have only 9 posts here (10 now), that's simply childish. Learn some respect for others.
