Agreed! If you're good, you can command more. I don't think you could write high quality articles for $2-$5 and earn a decent income. You'd not have the time.

    Hi everybody there,

I respect all of your comments and views for being a content writing freelancer or professional. Yes I believe too in the same that being freelancer or professional doesn't matter a lot but rates or wages you earn matter a lot because the rates of your work offered by your clients make you realize the worth you possess, not with every client the same attitude but most of the prospective clients behave respectfully and pay intentions on a quality work piece.

We the freelancers or writing professionals, whatever we are we need to approach responsible, humble and literate clients for appraisals of our works and good wages as well.

    Best,

Wow that's fantastic. However that's truly a 'professional' standard.

I charge 0.02/word and usually earn roughly 60-80$ per hour which is perfect to generate income for my own affiliate leads.

It's incredible that you're being paid such money to write though, congratulations! :)

I got a question. I've been free-lancing for half a year so far, but what bothers me is that there is always a person who agree to get less money for an order, and that's usually him/her who gets it. Empoyers say that they need quality, but when it comes to reality, they turn out to be saving money. What should i do? dump prices as well or wait for a "good" employer?

    Yes,
It is rather difficult to say something about dumping prices or slimming the quality, but I would suggest here to widen your search for desired projects where your written stuff can make handsome money but high quality is the only prerequisite for such kind of works like follow the website and you can send them your articles and stories and if they assume the material publishable on their pages, they would render you 15 S.Pounds to 25 S.pound etc.

It could just be your level of experience (6 months isn't much compared to those who have been doing it for years and can knock out copy much quicker than yourself).

It's a very competitive market with companies looking to save every penny right now. It might be an idea to try 'dumping' your price and see if that gets you some work. If they like you, there is always a chance of more work and further negotiation on your part. Could you maybe benefit from networking opportunities?

    Yes!

The reason you told right by various means and this is the way we all go alike, Fear......Hope.....Struggles......Success and Failures.

The cycle is a bit crucial but thats what humankind subject to pass through.

I want to say that I was writing for very little money about two weeks ago until I got a wake up call from Y.L. Prinzel and AceWriter09. Though I'm not up in the $75 - $100 an article range yet, I have increased the amount I'm getting for articles after having private conversations with each of them. So, I'd listen to both of them as far as ideas on how to price your skills and find better writing gigs.

I still have a long way to go, but this is now a feasible way to transition myself as opposed to how I was feeling weeks ago. Thanks y'all.
