I am posting my follow up to the service:
The article is written within a few days then it is submitted to 800 article sites and that took about 2 weeks to get done. I was notified when this was done and yahoo picked up a lot of them immediatly.
As of now google and yahoo have 300-500 indexed and a VERY generic short-tail keyword brings this article to the most of the front pages of google and yahoo.
The article was very well written and had no problem being accepted into these directories and therefore im getting huge links of 1 main link and 1 deep link!

I know for a fact that they don't have an ill effect on articles with duplicate content. Ive had services before that post to many places and when re-indexing came along almost every page showed up as a link in my webmaster tools google page.

duplicate content is more of a problem when you have are stealing content and telling google it is unique. Articles get published and passed around all over the place. This services also gets you TRAFFIC from all these article places. If you wanted nothing but backlinks out of this you could just have someone post 800 directory submissions for you, but the artilce is also relevant to your site
