Articles are written on "per article" basis and as far as my existence in DP, i have found no writer on an hourly basis. Writing 2-3 articles a day isn't a problem for me. Depending on the niche each article may take 20mins or 2hrs. And it is for this reason pay per article is the thing going on around.

Alex you are quite right as like all.

But this is for one of the outsource work and this is the price tag that i cant go beyond so without matching price tag its not worth. i got my own article writer but they are already packed with work so cant spare and i do understand about quality but this is competition as well.
