    Efi,

    I think what you are trying to say is that whether it is alright to publish articles written by the authors.

    There is nothing wrong provide the sources are acknowledged (credits given) with all links (in the original articles) intact.

    The danger is that those duplicated will not be indexed. Contents of many adrense-ready sites are not being indexed because of this.

    To prevent this from happening is to add additional content (about 25 to 35%) around those articles.

    Your site is absolutely OK with Google. I guess, you are worrying about that your site is created for the sole purpose of displaying Adsense ads (so-called MFA, "Made-for-Adsense"), and Google will ban you?

    Yes, there is such a point in in their TOS. But definition of MFA is very smooth, so, if you have much content (and you have it!), you are absolutely safe. The only trouble that may happen with reprinted content is that you don't follow the copyright agreement of the author, e.g., don't put author's link and so on. Make sure you are doing it legally, and you are absolutely safe.
    I know the cases when guys were banned for stealing the content and/or website layout.

    P.S. Small tip for you - change your font to Arial/Verdana, use inline rectangles (300x250) without borders. You'll get a better CTR, I know what I'm saying ;)

    Try:

    google_color_link = "000080";
    google_color_url = "999999";
    google_color_text = "000000";

    and color all your other links dull green.

    Works fine with me.

    the site is using frames, which you can improve. other than that, nothing to worry about. Also, you've spelled 'Article' as 'Articls' in the left column .. you might want to correct that ;)

    Please stop spreading mis-information. It is illegal in most countries around the world to violate copyright laws and use somebody else intellectual property... and especially if you have ads on it.

    Be assured that if someone scraped my articles and added AdSense, I would send a DMCA notice to both Google Search, Google AdSense and the webhoster in question.. an possibly claims for monetary retribution.

    It's *not* alright to copy articles. Simple.

    We are talking about free-reprint articles here; these articles are created for the purpose to be redistributed freely. The author is benefited by backlink, the publisher - by content.

    I would also add, it is not ok - or legal for that matter - to copy content even if you link to the author. You might add a picture of the author and a huge 50px font size link to the author, even dedicate the website for the author - but copying the content is just as ilegal and you are giong for a smackdown as soon as the author detects your stealing.

    The day you put hard work into writing content, creating design or whatever and some smuck scrapes it of your site and for free smacks it up in a adsense framework to make money of it, man - i'd be pissed, and personally I wouldn't want a link to my site on that site either. Which brings me to the point, if you are stealing content, do NOT link to the author, your likely to piss him off further!

    And the moral - do not copy content, its not legal!

    One thing is to take an article that is copyrighted and put it on your site without asking permission.

    Other thing is taking an article from an article site and using it as is on your site. That is in most cases permissible, per the terms of the article site.

    What is NOT permissible under any conditions is to take an article written by someone else and change it, add something of your own, etc and call it your work!
    The only articles you can do this to are the one million and one so-called PLR articles sold, given away and trashed by others.

    I have a bunch of articles that were written for me, that are totally unique, and if I saw one of these articles on a site without my permission, I would be talking to my nice family attorney.

    Only real way to put good, unique content on your site is one of two ways:
    write it yourself, not by changing another article
    have it written for you.

    Hey every one! I got the articles from a free article resource! That is the perpose of that site!

    I have writen lots of original content and I have different sites for that:

    amigo-productions.blogspot.com
    adsense-exposure.blogspot.com
    links-dump.blogspot.com
    picsee.blogspot.com

    My amigo.sitesled.com is just a new idea i'm checking, of posting articles on an 'article resource site'.

    Simple. And that is allowed.
