    Do a search for trendr.net and you'll find that their WHOIS claims to be on DreamHost. Look at the DreamHost terms of service:
    Try pointing out the situation to DreamHost.

    yes that dreamhost was good point but you can also report to google adsense and other systems which the thief use for revenue and they will block his / her account.

    Search for DMCA or DMCA notification to find the requirements for such a notification. It's a way to report a copyright violation.

    Maybe you complained about that site stealing your content, so they are asking you to formally state that it is your content. If you had claimed that the site was violating the DreamHost scraper site terms of service, the process might be different.
