How well does article submitting work for driving traffic to your sites?
Do you actually see results?

 

A lot better results in "shopping" world meaning physical products, than for digital. Of course it depends what keywords you target.

 

It is useful and brings some traffic. But it is too tired to write articles every day.

 

Between article marketing and link building -
that's where all of my traffic comes from.

Yes writing articles can be tiresome but
it works, plain and simple. Submit only

There's no point in submitting an article to
as directory that's not even indexed by
google.

I do not submit articles to get traffic directly....this is not a good source. But the backlinks DO help in SEO which drives up my keywords...which then drive traffic.

 

That is one thing most people do not understand there is backlinks with articles as well as the ranking of the top article. so it is kind of that you go in circles trying to get links, links, links... however, there are some link automation systems to look into.

Article Marketing should be done mainly for backlinks, not to drive traffic to your site. Good quality articles, of course, help bring traffic to your site, but that shouldn't be the main purpose.
