I've just bought Article Submitter Platinum and payed $147, supposedly one of the top submitters. I've purchased their web submitter for $199 and quickly asked for a refund. I suggest you do the same. (I have opened a paypal dispute as their refund process is screwy).

They had it listed that it could submit to 1 million web directories but turns out it is only the major ones plus some FFA ones that mass submit but you have no way of knowing if it actually went through.
