Do you guys find submitting articles to services like Ezinearticles improving your site traffic? The only one I get good traffic from is Associated Content. I average around 3,000 hits a month from my AC content.
Ezinearticles, Squidoo, and GoArticles are the best sites. It can work for some traffic and backlinks, but you need to choose titles/headlines for your articles that will really pull eyeballs and attention, and choose titles that people search for a lot. Also, you need to submit 20+ articles to each directory before you will get a trusted account and good traffic. Article marketing is a good start to getting traffic.
I have a Squidoo, but it seems like you'd have to make quite a few lenses and link them to each other and to your site in order to dram traffic from it.
Ezine Articles is the most powerful article directory by far. But if you want real consistent traffic I suggest starting a blog. ~Igor
Isnare is dead... there've been so many complains about them recently. I agree that you need to submit many articles to ezine to get more clicks.
I use Ezinearticles a little. I had only put about 2 articles on there. I just submitted 10 more, though. The only reason I haven't really used Ezine is because I can't stand the fact that it takes over a week for an article to finally be published. I've not seen that kind of wait on any other article submission sites. But I guess if its as good as I'm hearing it'd be worth the wait. I suppose I'll find out when my additional articles go live.
Whatever's working for you, do more of it. Ezine Articles does take an entire week to be approved for publishing because they are a high quality site. They get thousands of inputs, so they're going to deal with the higher ranking members who already bring their site good traffic first, then yours. It's unfair, but that's why they get 15 million unique readers per month. That's 500,000 readers a day! But if your current traffic methods are hot, keep at it.
I find that google seems to "like" squidoo, ezine articles and goarticles. They will usually be on top for some keywords and you can use that towards your advantage.
Yes - advertising via article marketing still works. Not only that, but it works great! You just need to figure out how to get the most out of it. A lot of it has to do with properly setting up your resource box, formatting the articles so people will read them, and choosing the best title for your article.
3000 visits a month, thats good. I'm new to article marketing and want to learn more about it. I found this site www.earningeasycash.com selling an ebook solely on article marketing.. has anyone tried it? should i go for it? Its cheap so is it worth a try?

I agree that Ezinearticles, Squidoo, and GoArticles are the best sites. Articles are also the best way to get traffic especially if you are willing to put in the time and effort to submit HIGH quality articles. Spend the time and you'll get the results.
I agree with Ezinearticles, squidoo and Associated Content...These websites get good traffic for your website. Along with the Articles, you can go with Social Media Websites like Twitter, Facebook, etc...to get good traffic.
