In my experience, you can only post an article to a single site once, unless you spin it really well. Even then, some directories can still find it. I usually just submit one article to 10 or so sites, and then rewrite it really well and do it again. Usually, I'll add quite a bit of content to it as well.
You should not be submitting the exact same article as the value of the article will be decreased. You have atleast a few versions of the article with some changes in each.. I am providing an article submission service as you can see from my sig and I have better success when I manually spin them. This increases the chance of acceptance as well as better impact in the SERPS
If you want to submit your Article more than 100 Article directories including Ezine then 1st you have to submit your Article in ezine and then in all remaining Directories.
