    There's gotta be strong contextual match with Google's new Algorithm.

    Getting a million links from unrelated off-topic sites will just make you look like spam.

    Search for article submission sites and then register yourself in that article site and then mention all the field like title,description,url, name ,email, keywords and then submit it.so that's the way you can do article submission.
