i try ezinearticle but i never got approved from it. they just telling they will need to review it manually.

Actually I love Articlesbase.com Site always, because they approve articles fast, and we have chance to get good page rank. But Tonarticles is also a good site, because they too approving articles fastly. Ezinearticles are very slow, because they took 14 days to approve article.
I think your articles maybe pending for approval ....all articles directories are like that..,.,.but some are fews to post it directly..afterward it will be deleted..., just wait to approve it.,.,
