I am relatively new to internet marketing but would like to try my hand at article marketing specifically -- I have a number of articles (about 20) for a specific niche but still am uncertain to get the most from them -- Am I better off submitting ALL the articles to an article directory (ezine for example) and relying on them for backlinks and clicks via the bio box pointing to my niche website. OR Am should I refrain from submitting some articles and instead use them on my homepage for onsite SEO and for the sake of unique content? I have also heard that anything that has been submitted to an article directory should not be included on your home page? for fears of duplicate content (as google will almost definitely index the highly reputable ezine over my little niche website.) Any advice for this lost internet marketing soul would be great.
Well you'll gain a couple of extra backlinks. You need to have content meant to be used on both parties. 1 for your website. 2 for article directories.
Mix it up, it only takes a few minutes to write a 500 word article so I would suggest submit ten to all types of article websites then take the other half and once a week place one on your home page so google will think there is alot happening and will visit your website often. Just a suggestion.
