Article submission - struggling with Author resource box

Hi,

I'm going to start submitting articles to the article directories, but i cn't seem to get the author resource box right.
Can someone please advise what i need to type to get the live links but have it showing up looking normal.
Please see my example on the below link - it's under the intro bit of text and starts: this article was written by...

http://www.namecake.com/welcome-to-namecake-blog/

As you can see it looks rubbish - any advice would be greatly received.

Excuse me if I'm explaining the obvious but do you mean using anchor text for your links such as

<a href="http://www.namecake.com/welcome-to-namecake-blog/">Namecake</a>

Some of Article submission directories does not allow html tags on their resource box... Try to create an hyperlink on your content. or double check your Html tags, maybe it is a typo

 

Also, are you copying and pasting the resource box contents from a word processor? If so, check the " character as some replace this for special characters that look like 66 and 99. This messes up the HTML.
