Some sites seem to be offline. But the major problem which one faces now is that many article sites never seem to approve ur articles.

Reason: Approving all articles takes up a lot of time and most webmasters are not active with their article directory type sites.

 

We don't allow free articles so Constant Content should be removed. Most of these site or worthless to submit to.... Focus on submiting your articles to related content sites and ones that are not just giant article link farms. You will only hurt your sites by using these palces.

I think he means paid article submission, if such thing exists.
