I personally do not think rehashing the same articles over and over on different article websites is worth the effort.
If you do it manually than the efforts can really outweigh the benefit. I would recommend mass article submission as this will give you lot of one way backlines very fast. You can use one of the Article Marketer services for that.
Ezines and goarticles is the best for me. You can get more backlinks. Ezines can easily rank on google and articlesnatch too. Just try it.
