Does anybody know of sties other than EZA and articlebase that are do-follow and can be used to obtain backlinks?

I think there's a big misconception "out there" that using sites like EZA and articlebase is a good way to build backlinks and is the basis of what we call "article marketing." I disagree with this 100%. In my opinion these sites should be thought of more as "web 2.0 landers" than as link building sites. I use my EZA articles as landers which I build links to - rather than as a way to build up substantial links back to my principle landers (my own domains)... Why? Because EZA articles can rank themselves and bring good targeted traffic... but they are not a good way of building backlinks because it's too slow and inefficient. I use article distribution services (which are not free) because they greatly leverage my work. Instead of getting a couple of links back with one article submission, I can get hundreds (when I submit via all of my article distribution services at once, which is what I usually do - after article is spun in Magic Article Rewriter of course.)
great info.. i have to start submitting some articles as well. do you guys always submit the same article or do you change it for some of the directories?

Well, you can search a long list for the article submission on the internet but keep one thing in mind while utilizing the technique that try to create a good and unique content for the article, basically article submission is the technique of getting back link from other sites so it is highly recommended that the content of your article should be good and relevant so that you can get a lot of traffic and back links for your website...
I am doing manual spin always before submit articles to the directories. Then pay for submit to the a friend of mine
I would recommend using one of the Article Marketer services as they seems to have the biggest article directory lists. And they are all do follow.

what kind of hits are you getting from these websites? Another question, what are the most amount of hits you have gotten from a single article website, in a single posting?
