No, it's done via my personal author account at several distribution services. Meaning each site has signed up to receive articles from the distribution services first off, and the likelihood of acceptance is far higher since I have expert author status at the majority of article directories/sites. I do not have or use an auto submitting program that just hits every article site and hopes for the best
