Hello, I need article submission services for site in Turkish. I have no experience about promotion in other languages. My main concerns are: 1 Is it possible to have an non-English article listed in big article directories? 2 If the #1 does not work, is it possible to include keywords (anchor text) in Turkish and will it still yield the same benefit if the article and the keywords are about the same topic (although in different languages).
