    If I will submit 1 article (same) in 15 “Free article submit site” is better or 15 different article submit in 15 “Free article submit site”?

    you allways better off submitting unique content than the same article to 15 directories.

    They will still count as backlinks by the search engines. However, their values may be degraded due to similar content.. Give it a try thou, I have pretty good results submitting to over hundreds of directories :)

    1 article to 15 article sites does work, but 15 articles to 15 article sites would be better SEO-wise.
