Article submission only to quality websites with above Pr5 and directory submission with PR4 and above. But, how many of you here get leads directy from directories?
If you have written and posted an article with Ezine article can you take that article and resubmit it to several other directories? If so what do you need to know in order to stay in good standing with Ezine?

depends on where you submit. good directories can give you good permanent backlinks and good article directories can also give you good quality backlinks. top article sites however have better long time results. some articles on top article sites get their own traffic and PR over time which is a plus.
I would think article submission, also you get the benefit of people wanting to read the articles and going to your site if it is reputable.

I like both activity. directories submission is for long term benefits and article submission for Quick response in SERP.
Article submission is better but it takes time. You can submit 50 directories in the same time you take a article to submit 4 article directories
