Does 'Article Post Robot' you use to promote really works? Or is this software really the best?

How do you know visitors come from your articles?

 

The fastest way to track visitors from article is to link your keywords in article to a specific page on your site and track that page. Otherwise go through logs and manually look at the article references.

There are few article submission softwares I have found (used none), I have also read some raving reviews of a couple of softwares.

 

It seems as though you have to write a lot of articles to be effective. How many in a week should I do to be effective?

Link to specific page is not what everyone want, right? The PR will increase on that page.

Does AwStat enough to track?

 

So I didn't quite get up to speed last week. I did get 10 incoming links in MSN, and the page is now in the MSN results. It is interesting that most of the backlinks that counted were the ones where I linked to the article itself from this forum page:
http://www.seo1.net/thread3009.html

It is now in the MSN results for the terms I tried:
AMEX Credit Cards #51
American Express Credit Cards #56
American Express Cards #82
American Express # 467

If anyone is interested in continuing the experiment, I am willing. If anyone has financial articles that I could submit for you and inlcude my link at the bottom it would be a lot easier. Also if anyone would like to donate articles I will feature you on my blog and say thanks to you in this post and continue the experiment, otherwise, I can't really find time to write articles

If I could make someone a recommedation, I would say that every single page on your site should have about 10 articles linking to it to help it find its way into the results. Most article sites will allow two links, so some could be shared. Once you write the content for a page, it should be easy enough to turn that content into 5 helpful articles. The amount of traffic received from the articles as of today is 14 unique visitors (some may have been DP members?). It probably is a valuable traffic tool if you do two things:

Pick a Unique (Obscure) Topic and Develop Good Articles
SEO Your Articles (Optimal Keyword Densitys and Incoming Links)

I can't see that the article game is dead, but it is not a magic bullet either. It seems to be a smart part of your SEO plan. If I had offered as many articles as I was supposed to, that should have doubled the direct traffic, and if I have done that to every page it should have so I I have 10 pages running, it could offer a couple hundred uniques a month plus the indirect traffic. I can see where this could be a valuable tool for the right website...

 

I used article post robot. I tracked my stats by looking at each incoming page. It is possible that I missed some, so my numbers are low, but unlikely. I like Article Post Robot, it worked well, and I have heard good things about Article Submitter, but not used it...
