Webmaster will agree that articles submission is one of the greatest option to market your websites. I have the same opinion. I have tried many websites in the past. I submit my articles to different article websites. I receive decent traffic from them. I also receive organic traffic from these articles because they are indexed faster by search engines. I always submit my articles to ezinearticles and http://surearticles.com. I would like to know your opinion on article submission.
It is a good way of marketing your website but you can also use other SEO techniques to market your website. these methods include link building, downloading software and banner ads on other forums.

article is a very good long term method but it shouldn't be your only method. you should have at least 5 other traffic sources.
I always send one article to ezine and then rewrite it and send it out to another 75-100 others just to get back links. I get some traffic from those others but not as much as from ezine.
More experienced webmasters knows this is bottom of the barrel. But if one likes to write anyway, and has the time for it, go for it.

Ok.. I still believe article marketing because it gets indexed very fast. We can have backlinks almost instantly.. Is it possible to achieve the same results by any other method..
I think you are right.. I also do this. It is because ezine articles is a quality website that attracts a lot of traffic. I have followed the pattern for more than an year. I would write my article to ezine and re write them to some other websites like surearticles.com, go articles etc.
