Hey guy do you know of a great place I can advertise my services quick, until I get my rankings up in google, which im not going to advertise here, or try to sale anything under this topic, but do you guys have like a list of forums, articles sites, and etc I could submit to to draw some quick traffic?

Submission to article/link directories doesn't bring quick traffic. It's for ranking in the future. Forums may help.

Submit to directories, article sites, will not bring your quick traffic, but sooner or later it will increase your rankings. Quick traffic can be achieved by Ads, google Adwords, etc. Signature in forum can bring you about 20-50 unique visitors per day, but not too much.

Wanted to ask how much time do the webmasters take to approve/disapprove a directory listing(I am talking about listing my website in their directory and not about submitting my url to them) Al
It varies, depending on the submission and the directory. It could be less than 10 seconds for something that's obviously spammy or breaks the directory's guidelines. The category editor may not even bother to visit the site if the submission is badly written, contains typos, and has a keyword-stuffed title in a directory that doesn't allow such things. First impressions count.
