Article spinning....

Who has had success with article spinning?!

I recently checked an old article and in Google, there was still 400 results for a very very unique article of mine, checked my links via Google webmaster tools and I had around 7 links for it even though there was a lot more pointing back to the article... Why is this? Obviously because Google only counts the links a certain number of times.

Has anyone had any success with article spinning and getting their link count up via Google webmaster tools?

I am only interested in increased links via Webmaster tools, not results within Google search engine.

Please post findings.....

I don't imagine it's very effective. You need to concentrate on getting quality links from quality websites. Don't you think the SE's know how easy it is to get article marketing links? Do you think they would value those links based on that knowledge?

 

Its true those type of links have been devalued recently, however submitting to the high PR article directories still brings benefits... The top article directories are PR6, therefore these directories are very effective.

Could I have comments from people who have had actual experience please...

 

you should submit site to 100 article directories.. there are less chance that all will approve.. so if you get 50% aprroval then its good for you..

no need to do more article postings.. same for press releases..

 

What do you mean by spinning here, submitting the same article to many directories, or changing it a bit for each dir?

 

Changing it a bit for each dir and whether that has a positive impact on links via google webmaster tools compared to bulk submitting one article.

 

I think it does, it should. Even if you just change the topic and couple first lines.
But I usually just have the same article distributed, thats what services around here offer - the effect is pretty good too

 

Article spinning is great for traffic and for backlinks, I've been using it for some time now and it was a success

I have tried it once, and I didn't like the output of the article spinner. Some of the articles are crap. I prefer rephrasing my article still.

 

if you DON'T spin your articles before use, you're pretty much wasting your time after the highest pr domain publishes it. Why publish the same thing again and again and again?

 

Not all article sites are good....there are some of sites are good....for submission

Here's the deal - someone tell me if I'm wrong.

I'm assuming that the article that your spinning is an article you have on your own site...linking back to you from an article based site. How about writing an article and not put it on your site, but put the same article on different article based sites that's linking back to your index page. There would be no duplicate pages - at least not on your site and Google wouldn't penalize you for it. Anyone agree w/ me? Not agree w/ me?

 

Don't expect to see 400 links in google all of the sudden, it will take time before google will show most of the links.

Does anyone know any good article submission sites? I have given up on them. I am using the free links in my sig file to spin articles for a network of blogs.
