Article spinning softwares, are they allowed to use?

I did one article rewriting some time ago. But I just came across some software and websites that provide article spinning.
Can anyone please tell me if such rewritten articles are accepted by Buyers or not? (I guess and hope, NOT)

BTW, I would like to know how people do spinning? Do they use such sites and then further edit those articles? Or they rewrite whole articles?
If this is not the right place to discuss this, I am sorry. Mods can move this thread if necessary :)

Based upon threads I've seen on other forums, article rewriting software is a waste of money. You end up with a bunch of gibberish that you'll just end up rewriting yourself. Might as well just do that first and save the money

    They're more or less useless.

OK, thanks for the replies :)
But as I should mention, I have found a website that lets us spin articles for FREE (additionally, it is having 3 levels of spinning).
I hope I am not wasting my time on writing content again :)

i tried out a few yesterday and what they do is move around words or they search the web for anything related to a topic and gve you some short sentences and you would have to put them together and create something readable

If you rely 100% on the software, I believe no buyer will accept that as this software will produce a piece of junk.

You better rewrite it by your own or just create a new fresh content.

After all, no software can bet the human brain itself.

All the articles generated by the software are not meant to be read by human being. It's made only for bots.
