I guess you make this post because you are jelous tsk, tsk, tsk poor guy can't afford to create his own article site....

Now if you're competator, why not play fair?

What are you 12? A valid point was made. You are not mentioning you are selling a turn-key website. There is a difference between duplicate websites and exclusive websites. You stated in the original post you are selling a "SITE" not a script so dont even use that as an argument for your sleazy ways trying to make a buck reselling recycled garbage.

Is it a rule of this forum to require poster to specify if the site is turn-key or not?

and what is the diffirence of turn-key site to a "SITE"? I am not using any argument in here.. I guess you only provoking.

obviously you are not interested with the site right? You only want to make down my sale thread...

And you have no right to say that my sites are garbage...

It's a common courtesy when selling a website to make the buyer aware of what you are trying to sell him. if he is either buying an exclusive website or a reproduced clone that will be sold several times. Meanwhile what you are doing is obviously trying to sweep this information under the rug. I usually wouldnt try and bash people's threads unless I see sleazy sales trying to happen for a quick buck. Whats even more upsetting is you replying with immature responses to comments.

Being fairly new to this type of work I find it very helpful when people point out things like a site simply being a duplicate or copy of another site.

What Rod said about the site looks to be true. I feel like he did it in a very professional way as well. Thank you Rod.

Things like this should be disclosed up front.

Yes I agree with you, but he should not post in here.. he can send me PM about this matter and I will correct my post. His move of posting directly here is like he is bashing this thread.

I understand the liberty in here that you can post every thing you want... but as INV said courtesy should be observe too.

I agree with edpudol, instead of trying to make him look like a fool, Rod should have PM'd edpudol with "hey I notice this is a dup, you should consider letting the rest of the forum know, if not ill have to take it upon myself to make the forum users aware"

I know because my site was flamed to living hell when I posted a site that had the same database as 2 other sites and its being called a $10 site.

I was trying to be lowkey in my complaint to edpudol. When he had those same two identical sites up a couple of weeks ago, I drew his attention the situation.

Now he just relists them both (and has sold one) without explaining what he was doing. There's nothing wrong with turnkey sites, I've bought a few and they are lots of fun to market.

But sellers should at least tell that they are getting "carbon copy" sites.

Attacking in this way indicates that you would not be able to withstand a serious debate.

Thanks Rod for pointing out the duplicate content issue!

No, Rod was right with what he did. It wasn't that edpudol innocently thought he was selling a unique site. People who've been around a lot know that edpudol makes his business by selling duplicates of duplicates of duplicates. Same kind of trash you can get on Ebay for fifty cents really, more or less. edpudol just gets upset because it might ruin his sale, but if edpudol really wants to make good sales, edpudol should start making unique sites to sell instead of selling the same site 100 times over.
