Article Site Manager version 3.0 existing sites for sale at discount due to merger

My company is about to merge with software company to create a brand new company that will REALLY get things going with Article Site Manager and some of my other software. GREAT things are about to happen BUT there is a legal problem.

My attorney has told me that before the merger can be completed the existing ASM sites I own have to be liquidated or I may lose the value of them in my stock deal or I may be forced to close them sue to a possible conflict of interest! He has suggested I move them out for the simple fact this deal is worth far more than these sites and we don't need any glitches in the deal so I'm offering up all of the existing sites at deep discounts.

I'm not going to post all the info here because it would be the longest thread ever seen on DP so I will provide links to all the needed info.

Almost every one has PR and traffic! 90% of them have PLR articles either with the 'open source' articles and they are self updating OR they are 100% PLR artilcles.

Just about every one has some income on Adsense. Please don't ask me to post adsense info here, with the amount of sites I have it's next to impossible to keep track of.

OK let me answer a few questions here to save a lot of back and forth:


1. Can I move this to my server?

Yes you can as long as you have PHP 5, MySQL 4.2 or better, Apache mod_rewrite and the ioncube loader installed. The company I am merging with has also discussed a yearly update fee for sites not on their servers since the process of updating your software can not be automated like they want.

2. Will you (meaning me) move the site for me?

Yes but I must charge $50 to do the move

3. Can I change the site's layout and design?

Version 4.0, which has been delayed because of this merger, will be out later this month or in June. We already have a 'skinning tool' in place in this version that will allow you to change the design to any valid HTML you want to use. The process will be as simple as uploading your HTML and CSS file into the admin panel.

4. How will this merger effect a site I buy and / or it's updates?

The new company that will be formed out of this merger has some AMAZING plans for marketing these niche sites. I can NOT give full details until after the merger but let's just say these people have access to some of the LARGEST advertisers on the planet and we have a 'revenue sharing idea' in the works that will allow you as the site owner to make money from nothing more than owning a site in a specific niche.

Sounds cool. I still need to get mine upgraded to 3.0 lol. Although I really like mine I am still having a huge problem with massive bandwidth use without the visitors to justify it.

I may pick up another one this time.
