Just bought it 3 weeks ago, but no time for it.

running under wordpress, this site automatically makes
1-2 posts every day with different topics, this site
has been online for over 5 months now and it is
generating about 120 uniques a month and around 1,000
pageviews I am selling this site for only $45.

Registered with Godaddy on October 2006 it expires
on 10/2/2007 , Free Push.

3. The site has generated some revenue but I did not
setup a channel for it as you can see adsense is
already placed on the site, you just have to change
the Pub ID, it is using this sources of revenue: Link
Unid, Ad Unit, Search Box and it is using an affiliate
banner from eBay. It did generated about $3.00 last 3 weeks.
4. Traffic will grow even more since an SEO was hired
to optimise the site for better search engine
rankings.
5. Site is indexed and new pages will be indexed
within 1-2 weeks.
6. Site is using pinging services to get more traffic,
as the site keeps on posting automatically traffic
will grow.
7. Site is using rss feed to update automatically, you
can change the feed sources under wordpress admin
area, it automatically generates SEO friendly URLS,
makes the posts all you have to do is build more links
and traffic to generate more revenue.
Forgot to add that the site has about 90 indexed pages
in Google.
The content is pulled from RSS feeds, the feeds can be
changed in the wp admin panel manually.
Yes you can add unlimited feeds, this will make the
site post as much as you want it to.
