There is nothing worse, then when people lie you in your face. I ordered 15 articles, and paid $75 for them the same minute I received an invoice. After 2 days, I ordered another 15 articles for $68 (that's what they say is a big discount). Today, after 11 days, I am still without articles (which should be in my mailbox in 3 days), and without any replies via email (I got an answer like 4 days ago - and was a lie).
