Article Pending - can't change to published

    Super user created an article. It shows as pending in the article manager. Super user can't switch it to published state. Updated to Joomla 1.6.3 and still can't change article state. I thought super user wouldn't have this issue.

    Please let me know how to correct.

    may be its better if you search thru this tutorial so that you can find and remember the method !!
