Best advice is always submit your article to EZA first, then wait for it to be approved/accepted. Give it a couple of days, then you can submit the same article to different article sites.
However, my recommendation would be to spin the first article until you end up with something at least 50% unique & submit that to the other article sites. You need to show love/respect to EZA & Google spiders & this will do it.
If you really want to give Google spiders a feast they'll love forever & get your backlinks accepted, it best to spin your article so it's a different article submission to each article site. I know this takes a lot of time so most people opt for the 2nd option.

Yes you can resubmit it to other site but see that you rewrite the first paragraph completely and then 30 % or more for the rest of the article so that it is not viewed as a spam by search engines. It should be easily understandable you can also use software to rewrite the article but read every article before you submit.

Submitting the same article doesn't seem a great idea. You should either summarize this post to other sites and leave a link or you should modify it so that it appears different then previous one.

Modify the article every time when submitting it to more than 700 article sites? It seems very impossible.

I submit my articles to Ezine after I post them on my own site. People may think that is crazy BUT putting the original on your own site first help claim ownership. Then I post the same article to EZA and then I spin it a wee wee bit and submit that same spun article to the rest of the top directies. People may say I am wrong BUT I have been doing this for years and still get great results!!

A good article spinner would be thebestspinner.com and you should certainly spin the article before submitting it in a zillion places.

It is fully powered with virus!

Submissions to Ezine is a valuable to resource in terms of SEO aspects however there are also free source to article directories that submits your article and gives you positive link in return also traffic

Spinner created articles are very unreadable, I don't like them.

when you spin an article you have to edit edit edit! of course they are unreadable....they are done by a computer. it's funny....i find i can spit out a unique 3-400 word article in about the same time it takes me to edit a spun one....that is if i really know my subject matter.

There are tons of article websites out there, I personally like to use squidoo and hubpages, those are two of my favorites.

I know it takes a lot of time but for the best results you must re-write them.

You would need to spin your article to be unique first then, you can submit to any directory as you want and those artilce will help increase your appearance on the web.

I suggest you don't submit the same content to multiple directories. Is useless for end-users as well Google doesn't appreciate this practice.

No I dont. I dont want duplicate contents. So before I submit I spin it. Easyarticlespinner.net takes only minutes for it. so I dont worry the rewriting part too much.
