For some reason I have really tried to avoid article marketing to promote my forum. But I am thinking about giving it a chance, as well as releasing a press release. If you could only submit your articles to 10 directories from here on out, which directories would they be? If you could submit your press release to 5 submission sitesm which 5 would they be? Do most article directories not send traffic. Traffic is what I want, I could careless about PR/links.
Not really sure about other directories If you're article get rank well in search engines then you'll get some nice traffic. I also have articles on ezinearticles with not much of views and clicks.
Is this forum in you signature? Well you ever though of offering a free report for people sign up with your forum. Bruno
I use GoArticles myself for article marketing. Provide more information about your forum, for example, the forum URL. And traffic is much better when it comes from links and SEO. You're thinking short-term if you want just traffic. A good ranking for several related keywords would save you thousands in promotion for a long, long time.
