Article Marketing Really Does Work

I have read several reviews about article marketing and how it’s not an effective marketing tool. In some cases, I would agree. Article marketing doesn’t mean writing an effortless (or half a$$) article, paying a distribution service to submit it to several hundred directories; and then driving the user to Google Adsense page. What is does involve is writing an article that has value to those who read it; and then submitting the article to directories that have good reputations like digg.com, del.icio.us, Blinklist.com, Furl.net, Netscape.com, Newsvine.com, Rawsugar.com, Shadows.com, Simpy.com, Spurl.net, Buzzle.com, Associatedcontent.com, Ezinearticles.com, Marketing Profs, Web Pro News to name a few.

If the article does provide value to its readers, I can guarantee that it will get syndicated across the web in various forums, blogs, websites and opt-in newsletters; and it will create a viral market effect that will yield great results.

Is there an easy way to submit to those sites, or is it all manual one-at-a-time thing?

 

There are loads of automatic article submission services. Just do a search on google or im sure some helpful person will post some links here

 

I'd like to submit that article marketing and the syndication of that article are indeed effective strategies for traffic... not for ranking purposes on the basis of obtaining BL's from the various sites.

The largest trouble with article distribution is dupe content penalty.

The funny thing is... the people benefiting the most from articles are the major article directories because when you look up the "keyword phrase" used in the article... guess who ranks for it? The writer? Nope.

 

Try article trader, I have been using them and got good backlinks and traffic for cheap.

Article marketing is usually not effective because people do not know what article is, they think it is advertisment while it is not.

Article shoud contain some great points, so the reader would think: hmm he has got some good points i wonder what more i can learn from him? then CLICK and you have new visitor, thats how it works.
