Hi I was wondering if there's such a thing as a directory or site where I can submit a link to an article I have written, so that people will find the link and visit my site.

Try writing another related article and submitting that to an article directory - put the link to your article in the resource box

Not all directories accept inner pages, the free directories will certainly reject if you submit the article link. Though i do accept inner pages in my directories, but then your article has to be good quality and unique.

Why don't you try some social bookmarking, that's the best way to get visitors to article pages:)

    Two questions:
    1. What is social bookmarking
    2. Is this article good quality? http://www.geocities.com/josbeal/circuit-designer.html

First off, geocities is a bad choice, since those sidebar ads looks very bad. Most directory owner will quickly close the page and delete the listing!

About the article, looks a good one, unique for sure!:)
