Just a quicky, you may want to look at integrating tinyMCE instead of FCKeditor. I found FCKeditor to be a bit buggy compare to tinyMCE when I set it up on my article directory for wysiwyg submiting.

From what I have seen of article directories, not one script seems to dominate.

I've added the RSS Feed to all pages and the search feature, and now I'm working on adding unlimited levels of categories, and a little better method of navigating the articles in admin when there tons of them.
