    price is $55 and is final

    for this site don't have traffic/revenue proof.

    site has very nice and clean design.

    for buyers that want something with more articles - i have article directory for $80 - site with same wordpress engine and 130k+ articles for only $80.

    articles are NOT loaded from any kind PLR databases or article packs - articles were submitted to sites using article submission services with some uniqulizer - i.e. articles are no 100% unique but during submission were modified so that article directories like mines have not 100% same articles as others.
