    The site is made on a very unique script

    it has a article directory with embedded rss feeds in it so whenever google bot visits the site, it gets about 40% new updated fresh content every time.

    also adsense blocks MERGE completely in existing layout, which mean that higher CTR rate and reduced ad blindness

    also it circles adsense blocks so even if someone is browsing the site, he HAS TO look at the ads everytime.

    ( try browsing the site, and then think about the value of the site)

    it has low traffic right now, but with right type of promotions, it will really make a lot of money on itself.

    it is completely automatic- -buyer does not has to do anything on the site.
