    Hi,

I would like to fine tune my seo strategy. Looking for advice from experts here.

Currently, my strategy is to submit articles to ezinearticles to improve my serps. However, it seems i heard rumours about ezinearticles is not as effective as it seems to be anymore.

Therefore, i would like to ask if buying blogposts from related site/niche or even guest blogging is a better alternative.

Let me know your views. Thanks

I don't think ezine articles will lose it's importance. And other two strategies are good but not alternative to ezinearticles.

EZA is still accepting articles for FREE, so you just can't compare both
if you are really looking to spend some bucks on advertising then you can surely go for blog commenting services
Due to recent updates EZA traffic has been almost slashed to half of Original, still its getting 15-20 million page views monthly

Guest blogging is a good idea. But i think you should also focus on article submission like ezine, goarticle etc..

Articles will still retain a role, among others because you get a name in your niche as an "expert". Guest blogging is also good, provided you post on reputable blogs. (If you want to be a guest blogger on my blog check out the guest blogging at SEO translator). Note that the best strategy is to do BOTH.

hello D3rek, you are right about ezinearticles loosing it's steam. as far as buying blogposts, make sure each post is from a different domain and class c ip as well as a domain with PR (if you can get a post on a page with PR that is even better). also make sure your backlink is a dofollow.

    Hi

As long as you produce good quality content with ezine articles you should be fine.. Google now wants a good user expierence. So if they search for a problem that they have and want to get solved now they will find it. Google is looking for good quality content now.

Both strategies are good. Article directory submission will generate loads but low quality links

Buying (as long as they are relevant) blogposts will create relevant, high quality but lesser backlinks (depending upon your budget)

    An another strategy can be....
Instead of buying blog posts, you can insert a blog in your website and invite some good guest bloggers to write for you. There are many blogger who do not demand money for their guest posts.

You can use 'Keyword Country' to find bloggers that belongs to your niche... You can publish your posts with them and approach them to write for you!

ezine articles is more effective for blog marketing you should also focus on it but many other web 2.0 site is also effective like hub page, squidoo, tumbler etc and also document sharing site will also help you in ranking.

The comments are no follow but the actual article links are do follow. Hub pages and squidoo are great sources of backlinks. I always do a number of articles from these sites.

    Hi D3rek, you say
which sounds like you are mainly just doing articles from ezinearticles. This is never going to get you great SERP rankings. You need backlinks from lots of different domains to really reach the top in the SERPs. There are thousands of other directory sites (although there are a small number of other good ones,) try hubpages, squidoo, goarticles, buzzle, articlesbase and streetarticles for starters!!

You asked about buying blogposts - they are worth considering in SEO, but you need to do the free stuff first! Guest posting on related sites can be a fantastic way of getting backlinks. It is hard work but the rewards are big if you find high authority sites to backlink from as you get backlinks from relevant content from sites that are not spammy (directory sites are a bit spammy) and if every article is from a different domain - you are geting some seriou google backlink credit.

    Hope that is useful.

articles is a really slow way to build traffic if you are doing it yourself. i would recommend buying a pack of backlinks from either here or warriorforum. they are quite cheap you wouldn't have to spend more than $20 if you do some clever searching

    good luck!

A pack of links for $20 are going to be spammy links - and in my opinion not worth anything. You might get lucky, or you might get unlucky - and they are from bad networks and you do yourself harm. If you proceed with this option - be careful what you are buying.

    Hope this is useful.
