Article directory not all pages indexed in google

    Hi,
    I have an article directory, the one in my signature, its now about 4/5 months old and the articles are starting to rank really well in google.

    the only problem is, not all of the pages seem to index properly, They seem to be indexed, then dissapear, then re index.

    I tried submitting a sitemap but i couldnt because it was over a certain number of pages.
    Has anyone any ideas on this issue? any opinions would be gratefully appreciated.

    Yeah mate they all have a link back to the home page.
