Article directories which allow non English content

    I have sites in non English language. We have here only one article directory where I can submit my articles. I do it also to goarticles, they approve my articles. Does anybody has a list of article directories which approves articles in non English languages? I know I can check every site by myself, but if anybody already has the list, I would appreciate the information.

    Also, is it worth to create an article directory if there is only one here. I found a nice script (articlefriendly) for only 50$.

    I just noticed articlesnatch.com accepts other languages but noticed it lost PR and know is 0. Is it good to submit article there?

    Any kind of submission is good doesn't matter if its having a PR 0.
