Article directories profitable?

    I've been considering creating an article directory in a high cost ppc niche which I know well. If I write 5 articles a week, I could have 250 in a year. The plan is to then put Adsense on it.

    With 250 pages averaging 4 hits per day each, getting a 1% ctr and paying $2 a click, it seems like I would make $20 a day. Is there something I'm missing? Is this possible?

    Try to do guest posting also on authority websites if you can create so much content. Just my 2c...
