    1) accepts 250 Word Minimum article
    2) Two Do Follow Anchor Links
    3) 1 to 2 Day approval maximum

    I believe Ezine articles satisfies your criteria. Try Go articles too. They accept articles immediately

    Ezine articles will approve your articles only if they have a minimum quality. Usually their minimum review period is 7 days and may extend depending on the queue of articles that are being posted in them. But when you are upgraded to platinum membership your article will be reviewed with priority.

    Ezine Articles and Go Articles are the best FREE Article Directories for me. About this word count thing, 500 words will do but if you try to submit at Ezine, you should generate a 700 words Article. Those guys are quite strict about submission.
