    Article directories good only , but the article treated by search engine bots as duplicate content. so the link is not much helper to increase page rank. Please try directory submission and social bookmarking.

    Yup! still it's good and much effective for seo market. But make sure your articles are unique for separate directories.

    Yes, they have a :ppretty high Page Rank.But only if your articles are unique and are accepted by them.

    I have done article submissions to article directories before Panda and after Panda and it still works.
    I do get lot of links through my articles getting syndicated and that also gives me lot of targeted traffic and it is good for SEO.

    It really depends on what you're submitting. Article marketing is a great SEO source and has been since the 1990s. However, individuals who utilize other people's content or their own duplicate content don't benefit from it and neither does the article directory.

    Yeah. If you submit to the top article directories (such as GoArticles, EzineArticles and some others!), you will do a great SEO for your website :)

    Link from article directories is also counted by google. As long as the link is relevant it works great for seo whether its directory link or a blog link or any other type of dofollow link.
