    Unfortunately, with your bandwidth limit exceeded, it is rather hard to see the site to make an assessment. Alexa rank can be bought like anything else on the net and considering you are PR0 I would suspect the involvement of a very helpful chinese company.... In any case, I'm in the market for cheap, automatic sites and I couldn't care less what alexa or google rank they have so if you get it up and running again, pm plz.
