Your anchor text "buffered" (i.e. "make money", "make money online", "easy ways to make money online", etc., all building backlinks for both the anchor and the keyword "make money") to avoid "googlebombing". Your anchor text pointing to any URL. Summary: I think this is about as white hat as it gets without having someone visit your blog, read your article, actually liking it and then posting about it on their blog with the correct anchor text pointing back to your blog with a 'dofollow link'.
