    No, Google will ban site, not just few article. And what do you mean while you said: "procedure to do it"

    make a article with 500 words and post it in top article sites..
    register-> add pen name-> give article title and description ->click submit

    You should be very watchful about the content. Duplicate content can drives your site to the penalization.

    I think you should have any copy contain will be post in other article so article site or google have band your accout.
