I found difficulty in interpreting what you mean...

What was the article all about? Is it in English and has good grammar?

Do you mean to say that you have written an article about your company and its details? Then it would have been considered as self promotion and could be the reason for rejection. Write articles on topics that is really useful to others :)

Maybe your article looks like a press release. Try to edit your article and make sure it's informative to reader not promotional.

Lol.. a real press release shouldn't even be about the company directly. I heard it needs to be newsworthy..

Are you sure that it is article? Maybe it's press release that's why they disapproved it.

Please include all the information about your company in "Author Bio or Resource Box". Article Body should be purely informative rather than website promotional sentences. You can also add 2-3 links to the keywords in the resource box.

I hope this will make you clear

    That would be one reason.
Not make an article in such a way that it seems like you are promoting your website or business.

if you are writing some thing about your company than its called Press release and for that you need to that content in PR site only.

If they have not approved you article and classed it as company PR (Press release) then it would essential mean that the article looks self centered (from the company perspective). Such content should be submitted to PR websites and there are many PR websites that would allow you to do that for free. An article should never be written with an intention to promote something. Say suppose your company sells wooden stools. You don't write an article describing your wooden stool to be the best. Instead you write an article describing the benefits of wooden stools, the features that it should have, etc. etc. Then it would get people interested. You link back to your website and people can purchase it from your website if they are convinced with your article. This is how an article should be written.

it may be look like a PR,but i have submitted my article to some other sites...and most of them approved it..some are waiting for review...then my question is why only this site disapproved my article..does the site have some different submission guidelines...??
